Because there is no Food Group made up Entirely of Chocolate.....


Though I act like the main food groups are chocolate, followed by meat, dairy, grains and THEN fruits/vegetables, I don't think that is actually how the food pyramid is supposed to work.

My diet doesn't always find a perfect balance. So I take vitamins. Working out HAS to follow. If I say it enough, the workout will come.....
Really.

Eating healthier is easier than it sounds. Trade your white bread for whole grain wheat (not a honey wheat) trade white rice for brown, when going back for seconds always get 2nds of veggies -not the delicous main course - you'll find out you weren't as hungry as you thought!
OH! And yes even though I don't like cottage cheese that well - I do like it on aplate rather than on my touche!

Oh my gosh! I love multigrain bread! I couldn't eat white bread unless I was starving to death. Eee-yuck! ;)
